Phone layout

• No big left indent. The check sits at the edge and the title gets the full width. The expand arrow moves to the right.
• One summary line per card: status (only if it's not "Not Started"), due date with "35d late", a small progress bar, label color dots and the assignee. Then the next step.
• Steps are one tappable line. Only what differs shows on the right (stuck dot, a different date, an owner). Everything else lives in the sheet.
• Tap a step to open a bottom sheet with big status buttons, due date, assignee, client, instructions, sub-tasks and a "Mark done" button.
• Filters and search sit up top as swipeable chips. Finished sections still fold to one line.
• A floating + button adds a task (with Template), replacing the add row at the bottom of a long list.
• Drag and bulk select stay desktop-only, the same as today.
